They are seeking a skilled and motivated Conference & Banqueting (C&B) Assistant Manager to join our exceptional team.

Responsibilities
- Assist the C&B Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Conference & Banqueting department
- Ensure the flawless execution of events, from setup to breakdown, maintaining the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction
- Manage and train the C&B team, providing leadership and support to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Coordinate with other departments, such as the kitchen and front of house, to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests with professionalism and attention to detail
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and managing costs to maximize profitability while maintaining service excellence

- Proven experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or event venue
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the event schedule
