Days 7.30 – 4.30 Mon- Thurs / Friday 7.30am – 12.30pm
We are currently looking for a stores / assembly person to join an established business in Grantham on a permanent basis. You will be used to working a stores area picking kits for production and also on shop floor doing basic assembly using hand tools. This role is accessible by public transport.
For the role of Stores / Assembly Person, you will be:
• Picking kit items using list,
• Building and breaking down of pallets
• Updating production on stock levels and receiving info from other departments,
• Labelling of products
• Assisting in assembly of mechanical components using hand tools inc drills, hammers, alan keys etc, hands on role when the stores is quiet.
For the role of Stores / Assembly Person, you will:
• This is a physical role so good fitness is recommended.
• Can do attitude and willing to work.
• Previous stores experience is also an advantage.
• Good maths
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work on your own.
