Preferred Requirements: Assist in the mobilisation and management of the Kangaroo Works site. Deliver outstanding customer service, shaping strong resident engagement strategies. Market Kangaroo Works through social media, networking, and local community events. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, monitoring contractor activities. Oversee smooth transitions of vacant apartments, ensuring readiness and compliance. Preferred Qualifications: Educated to NVQ Level 3 and/or GCSE Level 9 - 5 standard or equivalent; possessing 'A' level(s) is a plus. Experience in a similar role within BTR or PBSA sectors.
