The role of Customer Service Advisor:
* Supporting customers through various queries
* Liaising with 3rd parties to gain more information
* Reviewing documentation and updating the case accordingly
* Providing a professional and empathetic approach
* Completing administration on the system
The ideal Customer Service Advisor:
* Proven experience dealing with complex queries
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Experience within financial services would be desirable
