The Role:
In this vital role, you'll be at the heart of the operation, ensuring that their high quality produce reach their destinations efficiently and compliantly. As a Sales & Customs Coordinator, you will coordinate all aspects of importing and exporting goods, adapting to the ever-changing global trade regulations, ensuring all processes are streamlined and up to standard.
Your day-to-day duties will involve (but not be limited to):
1. Overseeing the import and export processes, focusing on efficiency and compliance.
2. Detailed stock reconciliation.
3. Handling essential documentation for customs.
4. Ensuring the seamless movement of goods by liaising effectively with suppliers, customers, and logistics providers.
5. Utilising your strong organisational and communication skills to manage various tasks in a dynamic environment.
Training on import/export processes and Customs regulations will be given. Experience within operations, Supply Chain, and Logistics would be advantageous. Strong administration with documentation handling experience is essential.
