Role and Responsibilities As a New Vehicle Commercial Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing, growing, and maximising sales and profitability of Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, including both individual and fleet sales. You will deliver the highest level of customer experience, ensuring satisfaction and retention while proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities. As a New Vehicle Commercial Sales Executive, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Deliver an outstanding customer experience to all current and potential customers, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention. Actively achieve and exceed both personal and departmental sales objectives by identifying and securing new business, including fleet and commercial vehicle sales. Provide a personalised and professional sales process, demonstrating a deep understanding of customer needs. Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers while prospecting for new opportunities. Conduct regular review meetings with management to discuss progress and new business opportunities. Prepare and present professional business proposals tailored to client needs. What We’re Looking For Proven business-to-business sales experience with a clear understanding of the sales process. Experience in fleet sales and a strong knowledge of industry procedures, vehicle legislation, and trade practices. A customer-first approach, consistently delivering service above expectations. Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively. Excellent presentation, numeracy, and literacy skills.
