Leading and contributing to projects across all RIBA stages
Liaising with clients, design teams, contractors, and consultants
Preparing and presenting design proposals
Contributing to planning applications and technical packages
Attending site visits and project meetings
Managing small internal teams to ensure deadlines and quality standards are metIdeal Candidate
UK-qualified Architect with substantial years' experience
Strong design and technical detailing skills
Confident working independently and managing project teams
Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations
Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
Experience with Revit (training can be provided)
Knowledge of SketchUp desirable
Strong communication and organisational skills
