Job Description:
The successful Business Development Manager will drive growth across the business in all forms of paint provision, including designer, decorative, and industrial.
Responsibilities:
* Engagement with customers, driving sales generation plans to ensure we are the first choice for painting and decorating supplies with our existing customers.
* Provide a tailored solution to each branch's 'Top' customers.
* Create a clean plan to develop the 15 growth potential customers as identified by each branch - working closely with the branch manager.
* Ensure opportunities are identified, followed up, and secured.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role of Business Development Manager, we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:
* Ideally, you will have experience of working within the painting and decorative industry, but if you are used to developing trade and retail customers, this would be an advantage.
* This role would suit a sales-focused individual who can operate with a large degree of autonomy working in a multi-site environment.
