Overview
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Co-ordinator will be customer focused, adaptable, comfortable working collaboratively with other teams and truly enjoy building strong relationships with both colleagues and customers. You will process quotes and orders, ensuring customer expectations are met. The Customer Service Co-ordinator will support both our UK and international markets to deliver key business objectives in line with our service level agreements.
About the role:
1. Preparing quotes and processing orders in a timely way, working closely with colleagues in other teams to provide the best possible customer service.
2. Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat.
3. Build strong working relationships with colleagues across the business to resolve more complex customer issues.
4. Support customers with returns, ensuring all interactions are recorded accurately.
5. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in both policies and processes, share ideas and welcome feedback.
About you:
1. Confident communicator with a passion for customer service.
2. Enthusiastic with strong administration skills and a keen eye for attention to detail.
3. Calm and composed, you enjoy building relationships with colleagues and customers.
4. You have a solution-focused mindset and enjoy learning.
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday, 8am/9am – 4pm/5pm, 1 hour for lunch. 35 hours per week. Although the successful candidate will be expected to follow working patterns or hours required to meet the operational needs of the Customer Services Team, our Branch Markets and worldwide distributor network, flexibility is required.
