Trigger are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic educational practitioner to lead our Holiday Club this summer.
Job Description
Trigger are seeking a Holiday Club Manager to lead our team for a week of fun-filled arts and nature activities from Monday 28th July - Friday 1st August.
You will have a wealth of experience working with children and young people, facilitating activities and workshops, managing small teams and preferably have a background or interest in the arts, craft or a practical nature-based expertise. You will be a confident and collaborative team-player, with a comprehensive knowledge of Safeguarding and best practice working with children. This role is suitable for a Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) and/or someone with a Level 3 in Playwork or Early Years.
You will work closely with the Trigger Team and Holiday Club Assistant to deliver a fun, engaging and creatively inspiring programme for children aged 5-11 years old. At our Holiday Club this Summer, the children will embark on an exhilarating week of imagination and creativity through an unforgettable journey of arts, crafts, and outdoor adventures.

Monday 28th July - Friday 1st August 8am - 4pm
+ 1 additional prep day, date tbc

Job Requirements
The role is likely to involve:
1. physical lifting,
2. being on your feet for extended periods of time,
3. spending time outdoors on uneven terrain + unknown weather conditions,
4. performing first aid,
5. providing some pastoral care which may involve helping children use bathroom.
