This Woking-based School is looking for a Primary Teacher to join a fun and supportive team at a purpose built school. This is a school for children aged 7-16 with a range of SEMH needs, and associated challenging behaviours. Many of the children have experienced adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and are very much at risk of negative outcomes without these appropriate interventions.

1. Passionate about helping children and young people achieve their full potential
2. Experience of leading successful teaching activities
3. Experience of working collaboratively with parents, and other professionals
4. Knowledge of current good practice in good teaching
5. Successful experience of differentiating lessons to enable pupils to access the curriculum
6. Ability to remain calm and consistent when working with students demonstrating challenging behaviour
7. Able to build confidence and motivation
8. Able to learn quickly and communicate effectively
9. Able to build robust and effective relationships with students
