2. Salary: Less than 2 years Qualified £38, p/a ( £ p/h )
Up to 2 years post Preceptorship £41, p/a ( £ )
2+ years post Preceptorship £ p/a ( £ p/h )
3. Hours : Full Time and Part Time hours are available – you can choose depending on your preference
4. Shifts: ideally mixed shifts though flexibility can be provided
Appoint Healthcare are proud to partner with an extremely reputable leading national provider of health and social care services for young people and adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mental Health Nurse ( RMN ) or Learning Disability Nurse ( RNLD ) Either Full or Part Time. Located in Pontypridd, this is a Specialist Hospital for adults with Mental-ill Health and Service users are cared for in one of Four units depending on their unique needs. We can offer both full and part time roles subject to preference
Requirements
5. A relevant nursing qualification ( RMN or RNLD )
6. A valid NMC registration with no restrictions
7. Eligibility to live and work in the UK
8. Strong team-working skills
9. A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
10. A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
11. A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
Training / Induction and opportunities for development and progression: The Service offers a structured and thorough 2 week induction programme, which will include various training courses. You will also have access to clear and structured development programmes where you can see clear pathways to progression within the company.
