What you will do:
1. Lead and manage a small team of dedicated social workers, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
2. Oversee and quality assure written reports, maintaining high standards and compliance with statutory requirements.
3. Allocate work and manage caseloads, ensuring fair distribution and timely completion of assessments.
4. Provide supervision and support to staff, fostering a positive working environment and encouraging continuous professional growth.
5. Collaborate with other agencies and professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to intervention and care planning.
Requirements of the Team Manager:
1. Degree or equivalent in social work.
2. Current Social Work England registration.
3. Recent managerial experience, working as a TM, DTM or ATM etc.
4. Significant frontline experience in Adults/Children’s Services working as a Team Manager.
