This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting secondary-aged students with a variety of special educational needs, including autism (ASC), speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. Role Highlights: Full-time, permanent position at a well-established secondary school in Redbridge Teach and support secondary-aged students with a range of SEN, including ASC, SEMH, and more Plan, develop, and deliver differentiated lessons to meet the individual needs of students Collaborate with SENCOs, teaching staff, and support teams to create a holistic approach to learning Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods to ensure student success Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes confidence, independence, and academic growth Experience & Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Experience teaching in a secondary school, ideally with students with SEN Strong knowledge of SEN strategies, including behaviour management and differentiation A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach to supporting students Excellent communication and collaboration skills Enhanced DBS check required Why Join Us?
