Previous experience in Transport Planning / Administration or Logistics is preferable but not mandatory as you will be joining a well established team who have the necessary skills and experience to fully train you to deliver a first class transport and logistics service to our customers. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective planning of transportation routes. This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team. Duties Develop and implement transport plans that meet operational requirements Analyse data to dertermine optimal transport routes and schedules Coordinate with drivers, clients and other departments to ensure timely deliveries Provide clerical support including data entry and administrative tasks as required. This is a full time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday. Once fully trained, there will be weekend working on a rota, as well as an on-call rota.
