About the Role: As our Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in the smooth running of our office operations. Youll support the day-to-day administration and help maintain our health and safety systems. Key Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office Maintain records and handle routine correspondence Assist with the implementation of Health and Safety procedures About You: Previous experience in an administrative role (essential) Experience or understanding of Health and Safety in the workplace (desirable) Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other digital tools Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Friendly, proactive, and approachable attitude Benefits: Competitive salary, pension scheme, health plan, training opportunities, flexible working options.
