Full Time 40 Hours Per Week – Including Weekends
As one of our Team Leaders, your role will include providing great customer service, along with supporting the Manager and mentoring our retail customer advisors, ensuring all our customers receive a positive experience once they set foot in the department.
You will be working across the Centre being involved with planning and building all our seasonal changes.
You will have a positive “can do” attitude and be a skilled Supervisor driving the team through great standards and exemplary customer service.
Responsible for the efficient operation of a quality service operation through supervisory and administrative work in the till department.

Duties will include:
* Maximising sales and profitability of store.
* Sales focused and accountable for providing great customer service.
* Reliable and have a keen eye for detail around the customers experience in your department.
* Ensuring the highest standards of merchandising and inventory control are maintained and liaising with suppliers when required.
* Leading by example and be able to motivate the team.
* Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
* Organise workflow and ensure that team members understand their duties and delegated tasks.
* Receive complaints and resolve problems in a calm and confident manner.
* Confidently communicate with external and internal customers.
* Ensuring adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.
