Adecco is pleased to be recruiting for an EUD Analyst to join Thames Valley Police at their Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary in Winchester.
This role involves working 37 hours a week, Monday - Friday, and is office-based. The day rate is £ per day and is inside IR35.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to Police criteria, you must have lived in the UK for at least the last 5 years to apply for this position.
Role Purpose
The overall purpose of the role is to ensure the quality of the service provided is of a high standard, delivering an excellent customer experience and meeting the agreed Service Level Agreements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide excellent support to the force's user base, minimizing service disruptions.
2. Coordinate onboarding of new starters to meet experience level agreements.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve EUD incidents, requests, and problems within SLAs, identifying patterns and trends for proactive problem management.
4. Update documentation and knowledge articles as required, in coordination with the EUD Senior Engineer.
5. Support moves, projects, and events scheduling.
6. Adhere to asset management and governance processes.
7. Identify and suggest service improvements within EUD service delivery.
8. Deliver services aligned with KPIs, User Experience Agreements, and SLAs.
Required Skills and Knowledge
1. Ability to follow documented procedures and processes.
2. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostics skills.
3. Willingness and ability to travel across different locations within both forces; a full UK driving license is essential.
4. Experience in ICT operational delivery.
5. Support experience with Windows 10, smartphones, laptops, and desktops.
6. Experience resolving incidents, requests, and problems.
7. Proven ability to identify and implement service improvements.
8. ITIL V3 Foundation or ITIL V4 certification.
9. Experience using ServiceNow.
