About the Role:
The role will be to drive new business leads through cold calling, using the internet, creating marketing campaigns, and working closely with the Sales Team. This role will require a high level of energy from you to support new customer requests. Working on your own initiative with minimum supervision, you will be expected to build a solid sales pipeline of enquiries each week, converting quotes to orders for both trade and commercial.
You must be confident using a phone and conducting customer 1:1 Teams calls meetings when required.
Responsibilities:
* Achieve lead generation targets on a weekly basis.
* Manage data to support lead generation campaigns.
* Manage CRM for lead generation and customer reporting.
* Present monthly sales activity using PowerPoint when requested to do so.
* Be a team player and support colleagues wherever possible.
* Stay aligned to company guidelines.
* Participate in company training when required and identify other training with line manager to ensure you have the best opportunity for success.
Candidate Requirements:
* A strong understanding of social media, principles, and techniques.
* Confident using the phone.
* Able to work under minimum supervision.
* Knowledge of the construction industry would be desirable.
