In Calderdale Adult Services & Wellbeing directorate, we are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for someone to join us to support our work in improving outcomes for Adults in Calderdale.
Reporting to the Principal Social Worker and working alongside the Principal Occupational Therapist and Directorate Leadership Team, the post holder will be responsible for the development and implementation of systems and processes; identifying, planning, and implementing quality assurance and improvement processes; providing advice, oversight, and challenge to ensure statutory compliance with relevant adult social care legislation and internal council requirements.
The post holder will develop and improve professional workforce standards across Adult Services and Wellbeing aiming for outstanding practice, systems, and processes. They are responsible for the leadership, management, and oversight of the work to develop, disseminate and review all relevant policies, strategies, guidance documents, service plans, business continuity plans and risk registers.
