Our client is an award winning, residential developer who are renowned for building high-quality, unique projects in Greater London.
They are looking for an experienced, diligent Site Manager with an extensive background in managing grade II listed, heritage projects. Our client needs this person to start ASAP and you will oversea repairs and facade/internal works.
You will be 1 of 3 Site Managers, but you will be the specialist with the heritage parts of the renovation and make sure contractors are working to best practice. This role requires a proactive approach, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. It could last up to 12 months, and could extend due to growth of the company.
As the Site Manager, you will work closely with the Project Manager & Senior Directors, to ensure the project is delivered to the highest standards.
Roles Responsibilities include;
1. Coordinate all aspects of the project between the design team, and on-site subcontractors.
2. Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
3. Anticipate potential risks and issues related to budgets and costs.
4. Plan and sequence work weeks in advance to mitigate risks concerning labor, equipment, materials, and resources.
5. Proactively schedule and conduct meetings with Directors and relevant team members weekly, documenting and distributing meeting minutes.
6. Prepare and produce regular reports and updates, including work schedules/programs, implementations, deviations, and other risk-related items.
7. Suggest and implement process improvements and enhancements for internal systems and workflows.
