Account Manager (Hybrid Position)

Position: Account Manager
Salary: up to £39,000 + excellent employee benefits
Hybrid set up: 1 day a week working from home + Flexible hours
Location: Surrey Heath (Hybrid)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Client Relationship Development:
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
* Understand your clients’ businesses, goals, and needs to provide tailored support and insights.
* Project Leadership:
* Lead day-to-day project management for client accounts, ensuring smooth communication and timeline updates.
* Coordinate project activities across teams to ensure projects are delivered on-time and meet quality expectations.
* Demonstrate creative problem-solving by offering innovative solutions based on your understanding of the manufacturing process.
* Showcase strong organisational and time-management skills, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
* Forecasting and Reporting:
* Keep forecast updates for your dedicated projects, ensuring financials are meticulously tracked and are a true reflection month on month.
* Provide regular financial updates to the Account Director.
* Proposals and Presentations:
* Confidently create proposals, estimates, and timing plans for projects, clearly communicating deliverables to clients.
* Present project updates and strategies to clients with clarity and confidence.
* Research and Industry Insights:
* Stay informed on industry trends and proactively apply this knowledge to help clients stay ahead of market developments.
* Client Account Growth:
* Collaborate with the Account Director to explore and develop new opportunities within existing client accounts, fostering long-term partnerships.
What background and experience are the company looking for?
You are a creative, exceptionally organised individual who loves to work as part of a team and is excited by the opportunities available in the supplements industry. You should have experience in account management, customer service, strong project leadership skills, and have the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
