The responsibilities of the role ofCommercial Insights Managerare:
* Analyse data for accuracy and completeness, cleansing as needed to ensure it is suitable for use
* Collaborate proactively with Membership, Marketing, and Strategy teams to enhance data capture, system configuration, and processes for deeper customer insight
* Create and deliver regular insight reports, using dashboards where appropriate
* Develop and review key metrics
* Present findings and recommendations clearly, emphasising key trends, risks and insights
The Experience & Qualifications required of theCommercial Insights Managerare:
* Proficiency in analytical tools; specifically, Salesforce and Tableau
* Experience in extracting, transforming, optimising and managing data from Salesforce
* Strong problem-solving skills; ability to identify and solve issues when they arise, proposing options or solutions
* Ability to provide clear and concise conclusions and recommendations
* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capability
The club is closed on Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.
