Job Title: Property Valuer
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
Location: Redditch, Bromsgrove, or Selly Oak Office
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm - 1 Saturday in 4 - 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, and Saturdays, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm if scheduled. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Play an integral part in increasing our profile and brand, building upon our successes.
Follow the systems and processes to ensure you meet all business objectives and personal KPIs.

Help grow office turnover and profit by delivering our strategy.
Provide effective client management to achieve sales goals.
Ensure clients receive high levels of service.
Maintain high standards of professionalism and personal presentation.
Generate valuations and instructions from our database and through proactive outreach.
Assist with team duties such as canvassing and outreach.
Adhere to company expectations on compliance and service levels.
Refer clients to our partners for Financial Services and Conveyancing.
Work closely with the lettings department to grow the landlord portfolio, which will convert to vendors over time.
The ideal candidate will have:
A proven track record in instructions and sales within estate agency.

Full UK driving license (automatic or manual) and business insurance for your vehicle.
