Job Description
My client, a growing and exciting Technology firm, is seeking a dynamic and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide support to the CEO.
As Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for extensive diary management, travel arrangements, and providing top-notch administrative support within a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
The ideal EA will be proactive, highly organised, and experienced working in a fast-paced environment. In return, you will receive a salary of £50,000 along with a strong benefits package. This role is based Monday to Friday in the office.
Responsibilities of Executive Assistant:
1. Proactively manage and organise the CEO’s calendar ensuring meetings, appointments, and deadlines are effectively coordinated.
2. Manage Executive committee members across the board.
3. Plan, book, and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
4. Manage relationships.
5. Handle a wide range of administrative tasks, including inbox management, phone calls, data entry, and document preparation.
6. Schedule and organise meetings, conferences, and events, both internally and externally.
7. Collaborate with other administrative professionals and team members to ensure seamless workflow and efficient operations.
Skills & Experience of Personal Assistant:
1. Previous experience as Executive Assistant, preferably in a corporate or professional environment.
2. Experience and confidence in supporting at C-Suite level.
3. Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
4. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
5. Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
6. Proven ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities.
