Key Responsibilities:
* Lead statutory company accounting and reporting, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Manage external statutory audits and maintain best-practice financial governance and controls.
* Oversee banking and treasury functions, safeguarding financial sustainability.
* Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
* Prepare Board reports and deliver insightful financial performance updates.
* Enhance and develop finance systems (Sage Intacct), improving efficiency and transparency.
* Act as a trusted finance business partner, advising key stakeholders across the organisation.
* Provide expert technical financial guidance to support strategic initiatives.
