Key Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
* Install, maintain, and repair electrical and mechanical equipment .
* Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical/mechanical faults efficiently.
* Execute and optimise preventive maintenance schedules .
* Provide technical support to various departments.
* Maintain the infrastructure to the highest standard.
* Drive continuous improvement in machine reliability and quality.
* Utilise on-site CMMS systems to enhance cost efficiency.
* Adhere to food safety, quality, legal, and environmental regulations .
What You'll Need
* Time-served Electrical & Mechanical Engineer qualification.
* At least 2 years of recent experience in an industrial or high-volume production setting.
* Fault-finding expertise, especially with control panels.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
* A motivated, proactive approach to handling challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule
* 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday, alternating early and late shifts. - NO NIGHTS
