What you will do as a HR Administration Team Leader?
You will be responsible for leading and supervising the 2 HR administrators including 121 meetings performance development and all employee relations matters
Leading the processes oh HR Administration including recruitment, onboarding, and training
Prepare and issue offer letters and contracts
Carryout pre-employment background checks
Collate payroll information
Administration MAT, PAT, Adoption and Shared Parental leave processes
Coordinate the leavers process
Report on status of training and learning activities
Maintain employee records and confidential employee digital files within defined retention parameters
Oversee the administration of hospice wide training activities
Coordinate the administration of student placementsWhat experience with you need for the role of HR Administration Team Leader?
A background within administration related to either HR, Recruitment or L&D
A good standard of general education
