Here's a glimpse of life as a People Advisor / Business Partner in Convergence:
* Partner with our recruiter to bring in top talent and create a seamless hiring experience.
* Ensure new hires are set for success from day one with engaging onboarding and induction plans.
* Partner with the management team on everything from development to disciplinaries.
* Champion team development by organizing training sessions, keeping detailed records, and ensuring our growth programs are always up to date.
* Keep operations running smoothly, from inbox management to energizing the team with a weekly newsletter.
* Make sure every departure is handled with care, leaving a lasting positive impression.
What you'll need to make it as our People Advisor / Business Partner:
* 3+ years’ proven experience within a transferable HR/People role.
* A CIPD qualification, level 3 or above.
* Sound knowledge of Employment Law.
* A tactical understanding and application of employment best practices.
* An understanding of data protection and GDPR requirements when handling sensitive personal data.

The Nitty-Gritty:
* This is a full-time role, you'll be working 37.5 hours per week, with at least 4 days a week in the Solihull office, but no weekends, it's Monday to Friday.
* It's a permanent position.
* You'll have flexibility, with your core hours and where you work with our hybrid working policy!
* BPSS clearance is required for this role.
