The Employer Relationships Administrator Apprenticeship post will have an important role providing efficient and effective administrative and clerical support to the Employer Relationships Team, Marketing and Partnerships Coordinator and Head of Employer Relationships. Duties may change from time to time to meet changing circumstances but will include all the duties deemed appropriate to support, including general office duties like processing paperwork, data entry, answering and making telephone calls and dealing with e-mails. The successful candidate will have to demonstrate high levels of accuracy and a keen customer focus when entering recruitment data onto college systems and speaking with partner businesses and colleagues across the College. The successful applicant will also be able to demonstrate high level skills in IT, literacy and be positive and friendly. We are seeking to appoint an individual who will undertake further training and complete an Apprenticeship Programme.
