Job Title: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician (Night Shift)
Location: Hull
Shift Pattern: Night shifts Sunday to Wednesday 10:15 PM to 6:00 AM and Thursday 12:00 PM to 6:00 AM (37 hours per week).

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll take ownership of maintaining plant and equipment to minimise downtime and support the achievement of key site performance goals. Operating in line with our company’s principles, you’ll make a difference by keeping everything running efficiently, even during the night shift. You will be working as a part of a 3-person Maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver cost-effective repairs and installations.
Develop and execute clear planned maintenance schedules using RCM techniques.
Apply best working practices while adhering to strict safety principles.
Respond effectively to changing priorities, ensuring production targets are met.
Uphold 6S standards and ensure impeccable housekeeping practices.
Share your knowledge and skills with colleagues to foster team growth.
Maintain accurate work records, including work orders and preventive maintenance.
Ensure plant hygiene standards meet operational requirements.
Support the development of preventive maintenance schedules within SAP systems.
What You Must have
Proven experience in engineering maintenance within manufacturing and production environments.
Proven multi-skilled experience and be confident in both Mechanical and Electrical fault finding
Ideally have prior experience within a fast-paced Maintenance Environment whether it be Food or Drink, Plastics, Pharmaceutical, Packaging
Qualifications such as ONC in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, NVQ Level 3 in an engineering discipline, or being a Time-Served Mechanical/Electrical Maintenance Technician.
