TEXO Recruitment is currently looking for a skilled Assistant Site Manager to join a client’s team in the Elgin/Nairn area. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the Site Manager in overseeing the project’s development from beginning to end, ensuring the successful delivery of the project within the set time frame, quality standards, and budget. You will manage the site team and subcontractors, ensuring smooth operations and timely progress. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate trades, direct labour, and materials in alignment with the project programme, assisting the Site Manager. - Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure effective communication and compliance with sales/building procedures. - Step into the Site Manager’s role as needed, ensuring smooth project operations. - Ensure the site team is well-resourced, trained, and managed efficiently. - Provide outstanding customer service, adhering to the company’s high standards.
