About The Role:
Riverside Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturing company based in Penrith for a Part Time Project Planning Administrator.
Our client focuses on delivering innovative packaging solutions for a small market of clients, both individually and commercially and are now seeking a Project Planning Administrator to support their small team.
This role requires a dedicated and detail-oriented person who can work in a fast paced environment, creating project plans and assisting with procurement whilst supporting the manufacturing teams deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the coordination and management of projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting minutes.
Support project managers with resource allocation, procurement, and logistical arrangements.
Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and assist in budget management.
Prepare project status reports and track project expenses.
Organise project meetings, ensure proper documentation, and follow up on action items.
Maintain project files and databases, ensuring all information is up to date and accessible.Key Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Project Planning Administrator, Project Coordinator, Manufactruing Planner or in a similar role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana) is essential.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
A proactive and adaptable attitude in a fast-changing environment.Education & Experience:
A degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
OR Proven experience in a similar role, with strong Administration skills and a good understanding of manufacturing planning or project managementHours and Pay:
Part Time working 2-3 Full Days
Flexible working between Monday to Thursday
Possibility of hours or days increasing as the role progresses
