Legal Secretary

My client, a family feel firm based in Wakefield, is looking to recruit a Legal Secretary/Assistant to join their team.
Main Duties:
1. Providing secretarial and administrative support to the fee earners and working as a team with other legal secretaries including printing, typing, time-recording, filing, photocopying, and telephone calls.
2. Dealing with client enquiries and communications including making appointments and handling conflict checks.
3. Managing fee earners' diaries.
4. Liaising with counsel chambers to secure bookings and arrange conferences and meetings.
5. Creating, managing, and updating court bundles.
6. Handling legal aid forms and applications online.
7. Managing court applications online.
8. Assisting in the general administration of the firm including providing reception cover at lunchtimes and covering staff absences.
