Here’s what you’ll be doing
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced leader to manage our Data Services team. This team is responsible for a host of support services to onboard customers from their legacy systems to Toddle. This role involves rigorous and clinical execution along with detailed problem-solving and process improvement. The role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a large team of executives and team leads in data migration and customer onboarding
* Oversee operations across various schools ensuring speed and accuracy
* Collaborate with other school success managers to ensure all customer needs are met
* Attend school calls and ensure great customer onboarding experience
* Collaborate with tech to create tools that can automate manual processes
