We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Executive working for a business in Petersfield. This role is predominantly outbound calling and identifying opportunities for growth to generate your own sales. The right candidate will need to be target-driven with an excellent telephone manner.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify growth opportunities within existing clients' depots/sites for non-branded products and growing revenue for these categories.
2. Promote and demonstrate the USP of the company, helping clients save time and money by using fewer suppliers.
3. Follow up your own opportunities.
4. Establish and maintain a good rapport with all customers, maximising opportunities.
5. Ensure that data is accurately recorded and kept up-to-date on the company CRM system.
6. Confidently promote the company brand and products to clients.
7. Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products.
8. Ensure all customers are treated with professionalism, courtesy and respect at all times, in response to any enquiry or service they may be requesting.
Experience and Skills Requirements:
1. Proven history and success in a similar role.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Excellent questioning and listening skills.
4. Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic - have a persistent mindset, a mindset of 'not giving up.'
5. Previous 'medium' call volume experience.
6. Be able to process a wide range of information and communicate it clearly to managers.
7. Impeccable organisational and time-keeping skills.
8. Ability to work in a team and a self-motivated environment.
