Arcus Search are proud to support a global, market-leading Specialty Insurer on searching for an Agile Delivery Manager to join an aspiring and forward-thinking IT Services team. In this role you will maintain and deliver important infrastructure services to the business on a global scale.
You will be joining them on a permanent basis and be responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities of multiple Agile squads that together make up their IT Services value streams. As an energetic and driven Agile Delivery Lead / Project Manager, you will manage budgets, forecasts and actuals, as well as timesheets, stakeholder management and implement an Agile approach to working across the board.
What you'll do:
* Coordinate activities of various squads, implementing an Agile approach daily
* Deliver various Infrastructure and IT projects
* Utilise JIRA boards to facilitate Change Delivery
* Continuously improve Agile ways of working
* Manage financial spend and resources, timesheets, and forecasts/actuals.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to reach mutually beneficial goals.
What experience you'll bring:
* A strong background in delivering IT and Infrastructure projects
* Insurance experience nice to have - Specialty/London Markets highly desirable
* Experience working in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban and more
* Experience using JIRA
* Excellent communication skills and a very energetic/ driven demeanour.
