The company:

The role:
Reporting into a Construction Director, you will be part of a team responsible for delivering in excess of 500 units per year across Kent. Your role will involve, but not be limited to:
* Management of 3-5 live sites running concurrently
* Management and development of staff across the Site Management teams
* Weekly progress meetings with site teams
* Reviewing site teams' progress on a weekly basis and providing status reports
* Liaising with commercial and technical departments regularly to ensure delivery of developments
* Liaising regularly with external bodies regarding developments including Building Control, HSE, Utilities, Service providers, and NHBC
* Providing weekly progress reports to the Construction Director on progress across all developments
* Ensuring all Legal Completions are programmed accurately and dates achieved
* Preparation of the master build programme for all live and upcoming developments
* Chairing pre-planning, pre-tender, and pre-start meetings
* Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers regularly
* Monitoring all customer satisfaction surveys and summary reports
* Monitoring, driving, and delivering on key metrics including Health & Safety, Customer Service, and NHBC (CQR)
About you:
* You will have gained circa 10+ years of experience, ideally working for a Residential Developer
* Have the correct CITB qualifications for the position (CSCS Card, SMSTS, First Aid at Work)
* Experience working on similar schemes would be preferable, but not essential
* Experience in managing and coordinating multiple site teams
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* A track record of delivery in your current role
