Due to sustained growth and development, we are looking for an ambitious and dedicated Office Manager to lead on all business administration and business support functions. This is a key appointment within the business, and we are looking for ambitious candidates that have experience of managing teams of people, being the lead for administrative functions and have the ability to implement improvement and change. The Responsibilities The job holder is required to be an experienced Office Manager, knowledgeable, adaptable, and able to motivate and inspire the office team. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Office Management - be the lead office manager, taking responsibility for the management of all administration and business support functions Line Management - management of the business support team Business Systems & Process - Identify, develop and implement to support business growth and efficiencies Senior Team Support - provide senior administrative support to the Directors and Senior Management Team HR Duties - be the lead on managing HR Process and documentation Recruitment - support the Senior Management Team with recruitment activities Supply Chain Management - Take control of purchasing and other supply chain activities Marketing - Support the Senior Management Team with marketing activities Skills & Abilities The job holder must possess the following skills and abilities to perform the role effectively; Outstanding attention to detail, excellent communicator, well organised and adaptable Significant experience in an office management role including managing the office team Motivated and proactive Possess clear and concise communication skills - written and spoken Strong people management skills Experienced in Microsoft Office software Experience in managing and liaising with suppliers Experience of streamlining processes Experience in Finance, Payroll & HR would be an advantage
