The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-quality office refurbishments and fit-outs, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full fit-out process, ensuring smooth project delivery. Manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers on-site. Ensure health & safety compliance at all times. Monitor project progress, quality, and deadlines. Conduct regular site meetings and liaise with stakeholders. Problem-solve and ensure any issues are resolved efficiently. Requirements: ?
