Field Based Recruiter - Education Sector
Hours - 40 per week (Monday - Friday) Hybrid
Salary: £30,500 + Cambian Benefits & Mileage

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Field Based Recruiter to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high volume environment and have a proven track record in recruitment, we want to hear from you!
This a hugely rewarding role, one that will provide you the opportunity to have a genuine positive impact, highlighting the difference of a high performing Recruitment and Onboarding function can make to our services.
You will be an experienced recruiter with the ability to use a wide and diverse range of skills and sources to attract, recruit and retain talent. This role does require travel to your designated schools located in Hampshire, Bournemouth, Northampton and Kidderminster as part of your role, building upon localised and community attraction techniques.
We will consider candidates that are willing to travel.
You’ll be supported by a Senior Resourcing Business Partner, Resourcing Coordinator, your FBRs in the field and a highly effective Onboarding Team.

Responsibilities
* Conduct field recruitment activities to attract quality candidates within your region
* Build and maintain relationships with your portfolio of schools
* Plan and attend recruitment days and events to promote career opportunities
* Screen and interview potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit
* Coordinate and execute recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals
* Utilise social media and other platforms to reach prospective candidates
Requirements
* Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the education sector
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to travel frequently within your assigned region
* Familiarity with education management and current trends in the industry
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Passion for education and improving student outcomes
