Description About this job The Product Manager and Experience Specialist sits at the heart of our work; helping develop actionable resources, creating robust recommendations and crafting quality experiences. They lead our projects and the product development throughout its lifecycle. This includes working out what customers want, helping the business to achieve its commercial goals, and reflecting the values of the brand. They also provide the product vision and leadership for the many other roles involved in designing, developing and building the solution. This includes ensuring the solution supports the strategy and defined goals. You’ll work closely with the Senior Product Manager and Head of Business Solutions and Transformation Strategy owning and supporting programmes from opportunity analysis through to planning and production to performance measurement. As well as creating onsite, product and interactive experiences for our clients, you’ll occasionally craft case studies, award entries, reports, guides, news and more for the iCrossing brand. This role requires 2 days per week in the office (London/Brighton/Cardiff). You will also need the right to work in the UK. Responsibilities What you’ll do Define the business, brand, and audience needs Own the product development: Vision and Strategy: Work closely with the experience strategy lead to define the product vision aligned with the business goals. Market Research: Understand customer needs, market trends, and competition. Roadmap Planning: Develop and maintain an objective led roadmap. Product Requirements: Utilise agile methodologies for developing product requirements through iterative processes and continuous feedback. Team Empowerment: Foster a culture of trust and empowerment where teams can make decisions and innovate. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders across functions such as engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and sales. Client Collaboration: Work directly with clients, lead workshops, and build close working relationships to understand their needs and ensure the product meets their expectations. Customer Feedback: Gather and analyse feedback for continual improvement. Performance Monitoring: Use metrics and KPIs to monitor product performance. Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritise the product backlog to ensure the team is always working on the most valuable tasks. Risk Management: Manage the four key product risks: Value Risk: Directly responsible to ensure the product is valuable to customers. Usability Risk: Collaborate closely with UX/UI to ensure the product is user-friendly. Feasibility Risk: Collaborate closely with technical lead to ensure the product can be built with available technology and resources. Business Viability Risk: Directly responsible to ensure the product aligns with the business's financial and strategic goals.
