If so, we’re looking for a new Senior Social Media Executive to join the Dynam team You will live and breathe social media, supporting our Head of Digital to bring creative and impactful digital campaigns to life to deliver outstanding results for our fantastic clients. We’re looking for a highly organised team player with experience in creating content and rolling out paid-for digital campaigns across the full spectrum of platforms. What does the day job look like? You will: Develop and implement tailored social media strategies, including organic and paid campaigns aligned with our client’s KPIs. Conduct audience research, refine targeting, and allocate advertising budgets effectively. Plan and create engaging content, including short-form videos, collaborating with our in-house design team as needed. Set up, optimise, and manage social platforms while acting as a community manager. Monitor campaign performance, providing detailed insights using analytics and recommendations. Keep updated with social media trends, existing platform updates and emerging platforms. What type of person are we looking for? If you’re the ideal candidate, you’ll have: A love of all things social media A degree or qualification in marketing or a related field. At least 3 years of experience working in digital marketing. Confidence in liaising directly with clients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A highly organised approach to work and the ability to manage your workload.
