About the Role
This HR Shared Services Manager role will play a pivotal part in supporting the growth and success of Hill Group UK by driving the delivery of high-quality HR services and support.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and management skills, with experience of leading and developing high-performing teams. They will be able to demonstrate expertise in HR operations and service delivery, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and compliance requirements.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
* Knowledge of HR systems and software, with experience of implementing and managing these systems.
The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
