Our client is looking to bring in a talented Managing Director to join their Sussex based business. The Managing Director is a strategic leader responsible for driving organisational performance, fostering team growth, managing finances, and building client relationships. This role ensures operational excellence, quality standards, and alignment with long-term business goals. Key Responsibilities: Oversee budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation. Lead people strategy, including recruitment, team development, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Build and maintain key client relationships while ensuring service excellence. Drive strategic planning, business growth, and quality assurance initiatives. Manage financial controls, payroll, and reporting to ensure compliance and efficiency. Provide leadership to direct reports and collaborate with the executive team on organisational goals. Qualifications and Experience Requirements: Proven experience in a senior leadership role, such as Managing Director or Operations Director. Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and performance analysis. Demonstrated expertise in people management and team development. Extensive experience in building and managing client relationships. Ability to develop and implement strategic business plans. Knowledge of operational processes and quality management systems.
