Job Description
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be speaking to clients regarding a variety of queries they have in relation to the services the business offers.
You will also be working alongside other members of the business ensuring a smooth process and liaising with external parties and financial organisations.
The role will be very fast-paced and rewarding; you will be working towards service level agreements ensuring customer satisfaction is at the forefront at all times!
The Successful Applicant
Previous customer service experience, which could be from a range of backgrounds such as retail and hospitality.
Extremely customer-centric and passionate about delivering the best experience.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
A good team player.
