Mechanical Contracts Manager - Leeds
Salary - Up to £70,000 DOE

We have a new opportunity for a Mechanical Contracts Manager for our client in Leeds. Our client is a contractor with a highly skilled in-house workforce of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineers, capable of handling a wide range of M&E projects. Due to commercial growth, they are looking for an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to oversee and manage a team.
This role suits an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager that is looking for a long-term role as my client is able to offer a lot of progression and further career development within their company.

Mechanical Contracts Manager Role
1. To manage and control your business unit and site teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures including Health & Safety, Environmental Policy, Quality Assurance, Procurement and Commercial / Financial Control.
2. To provide technical support to the customer and site-based teams utilising central support functions, specialist suppliers and sub-contractors.
3. To support central estimating on targeted bids to suit client requirements.
Mechanical Contracts Manager Requirements
1. Must have at least 3+ years as a Mechanical Contracts Manager.
2. Must have a Full UK Drivers License.
3. Must have management experience.
