The role We are seeking a proactive a Receptionist to be the welcoming person at our 3rd-floor reception area on Great George Street. You will manage incoming calls, maintain an organised reception space, and ensure that all visitors feel valued and assisted during their time with us. What will you be doing? Deliver exceptional Front of House service by greeting visitors and providing assistance as needed. Maintain an up-to-date contacts list, ensuring all relevant parties have access to information about on-site occupants. Handle incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously, ensuring high levels of customer care. Respond to routine email inquiries related to meeting room and event space bookings, escalating to management when necessary. Sort and distribute incoming post and deliveries to the appropriate recipients. Conduct regular housekeeping of common areas and log maintenance issues for resolution. You should apply if You have experience in a busy, customer-facing role. You are confident in using IT, particularly Excel, and possess strong organizational skills with attention to detail. You can effectively prioritize tasks and multitask. You are an effective communicator. You are a team player but can also work independently.
