About the role We are looking for a seasoned Executive Assistant (EA) to provide high-level support to an inspiring and progressive leader. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an EA and exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful individual who can handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO (and executive team as required), including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Serve as a liaison between the CEO and executive team, and wider internal/external stakeholders. Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion. Prepare, edit, and review correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required. Ensure all materials are accurate and professionally presented. Organise and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Manage logistics for virtual and in-person meetings. Assist with special projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company objectives. Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the executive team. Oversee office operations, including maintaining supplies, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment. Process expense reports and invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies. Monitor and manage budgets for executive-related expenses. Conduct research and provide analysis on various topics as requested by the executive team. Present findings in a clear and concise manner. Support when required in the planning and coordinating of company events, conferences, and executive off-sites. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, preferably in a professional services industry. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field would be preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information. Proactive and resourceful, with a problem-solving mindset. Experience in a private equity-backed environment is a plus.
