This role will be reporting into the Partnerships Manager and working closely with the Commercial Manager & Commercial Director and will be office based. The role will be focused on various areas including the Social Housing Fund and the Warm Homes Local Grant fund, where we already have good experience working with clients such as, United Living, Morgan Sindall, a range of Local Authorities and many other companies in the sector. What we offer: Excellent salary £38-£42k OTE Up to 6% pension contribution 25 days leave, plus bank holidays, increasing to 28 days after 5 years’ service, Electric car salary sacrifice scheme Life insurance Annual personal development budget Regular staff events Paid charity day each year Laptop As the Bid Lead your key responsibilities will include: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities through our public procurement tracking portal Lead and coordinate the bid management process, including reviewing bid invitations, conducting bid/no-bid analysis and establishing timelines. Co-ordinate the creation compelling and persuasive bid content by utilising the subject matter experts within the business. Conduct post-bid analysis and debrief sessions to identify areas of improvement and implement lessons learned for future bids. Continuously refine and improve bid processes, templates and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Maintain existing bid library of previously submitted bids with high quality scores. Maintain and continue to develop a project rate card, analysing relevant costs to the business against published rates to ensure we are maintaining target margin rates whilst providing competitive prices to key clients. Preferred skills Understanding pricing strategies and financial analysis in bid development. Strong administrative skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously. Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
